The Mindfulness for Life with KindMums course warmly welcomes mums looking to bring greater balance, resilience, and presence into their daily lives. To ensure this program is the right fit for you, we suggest the following considerations:

The course includes daily mindfulness exercises (about 20–45 minutes each day). A willingness to integrate these practices into your routine is essential to benefit from the program fully.

This is an 8-week course with weekly 2.25-hour group sessions and a dedicated 5-hour “Day of Practice.” We ask participants to attend all sessions and engage actively with the group and personal practices.

The course involves exploring personal thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Mums who are open to self-reflection and learning will benefit most from this program.

This course is designed to build resilience, but it is not a substitute for therapy. If you are currently navigating significant emotional challenges or recent trauma, we suggest consulting with a healthcare provider to determine if this program is a good fit for you at this time.
